‘Don't Feed the Ducks!'
The country’s bakers have joined forces with park-keepers to remind families of the nutritional benefits of bread. Signs will be up at Battersea Park and Clapham Common this summer asking the public not to feed the ducks, but to save the bread for themselves. The campaign’s aims are to prevent bread wastage and remind families of the benefits of eating bread.

According to a poll by T-Mobile, the bacon butty is what makes Britain great. The snack topped a poll of 50 greatest national treasures.

Federation of Bakers Annual Conference
The Federation of Bakers is to hold its annual conference and lunch on Tuesday May 21st 2013 at Lord’s Cricket Ground, London and is presented in association with Delifrance, AB Mauri UK & Ireland, Baker Perkins, LESAFFRE UK & Ireland and Zeelandia.
The annual event will be hosted by broadcaster Louise Minchin who alongside a host of industry experts will address the key issues and challenges facing the baking industry in the year ahead.
