Location

GB Ingredients focuses on meeting the needs of bakers worldwide. The company has two sites in the UK:

Felixstowe, Suffolk – the Felixstowe site is the Head Office for the UK business and one of the UK's most advanced production facilities for cream, compressed and dried yeast. It supplies the UK market with cream yeast in bulk tankers and block yeast for the bakery industry. It also supplies yeast for whisky production. Fermipan dried yeast produced at Felixstowe is exported throughout the whole world.


The Heath, Runcorn – this is the UK sales and technical centre for bakery, fermentation and enzyme technology. It houses state of the art laboratories and one of the UK's most modern test bakeries.

Baker's yeast is available in several formulations. Fresh yeast is sold in compressed and in liquid forms. We also sell a variety of dried yeast products. Yeast is sold in a variety of packaging sizes.


We sell a broad assortment of bread ingredients, from low dosage additives to complete ready-to-use mixes as well as various bread improvers for both industrial and craft bakeries.
