The Federation training courses form part of the overall training strategy for the Federation of Bakers. The courses provide Member companies with the opportunity to train their workforce in the fundamentals of bread making.
Working with first class training providers, the Federation has developed a series of training courses specifically designed for the plant baking industry. In-depth eight day residential courses enable production workers to gain the necessary knowledge and skills to produce bread of the highest quality and consistency. Shorter introductory courses, which provide an insight into the manufacturing processes in a modern plant bakery, have proved very popular among people working in non-production roles throughout the industry.
