WHEAT ALLERGY AND INTOLERANCE
The Flour Advisory Bureau launched its report into Wheat Allergy and Intolerance this week. The work was partly funded by the FOB. The report shows that too many people are self diagnosing food allergies and could be restricting their diet unnecessarily. Research has shown that up to 20% of adults think they suffer from a food allergy or food intolerance.
