NEW CHAIRMAN ELECTED FOR FEDERATION OF BAKERS
Mark is the CEO of Allied Milling and Baking, a post he has held since September 2008. Mark began his career in 1986 as Mill Manager at Allied Mills in Belfast, since then has spent more than 20 years working for the company.

Paul Molyneux, Central Technical Director at Premier Foods Group and Chairman of the Federation of Bakers Technical Panel, continues in his role as Vice Chairman of the Federation of Bakers. Robert Higginson, Managing Director of Warburtons, is newly elected to join Paul, also in a Vice Chairman role. Brian Irwin, MD of W. D. Irwin & Sons, based in Belfast, continues in his role as Treasurer.

Gordon Polson, Director of the Federation of Bakers, said; “Mark has more than 20 years of experience working within the baking industry so in his new role as Chairman we will benefit from this expert knowledge. With 58 members in total and a strong Council we look forward to the year ahead.”
